Being in the moment means noticing what is going on around you.
The rabbit hopping by as you drive down the street.
The small child in front of you in line at the store, who is smiling at you.
The breeze blowing through your hair.
The flowers in full bloom in your neighbor's yard.
So many wonderful things are missed because we are too busy with
distracting thoughts and devices.
